Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026 Version 2026-11-02

TexProve is a digital product passport, supply-chain evidence and verification service for textile and apparel organizations. This policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the texprove.com website, request a demo, open a workspace, or view a published passport.

Who is responsible

The data controller for the TexProve website and service is INOSAS Teknoloji A.Ş., Ostim OSB Mahallesi, 100. Yıl Bulvarı, No: 55E/14, Yenimahalle / Ankara, 06374, Türkiye. Phone: +90 312 266 66 50. Sales and privacy requests: sales@texprove.com.

A customer organization remains responsible for personal data it chooses to enter about its own people, suppliers or records. TexProve is the technical service provider for a published passport, not the economic operator that places the product on the market.

What this policy covers

Information we process

On the website we process the name, work email, company, organization type, area of interest and any message you submit, together with the session cookie required to send the form securely. Security logs may include the time of the request, IP address and browser information so we can protect the service.

In a workspace, TexProve stores account, organization, product, purchase-order, supply-chain, declaration, evidence and audit data. Access is limited by workspace and role. Submitted and published records may be retained as immutable evidence. Do not enter personal or confidential data in free-text fields unless it is necessary and authorized.

A published passport works without analytics. If you accept optional analytics, TexProve records that the passport was viewed, the notice version and consent time, the language, a one-way hash of the browser user agent, and a one-way hash of a coarse network prefix (IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48). The precise IP address is not stored in optional scan events and no precise location is claimed. Declining does not restrict the passport. Mandatory security logs are separate from that choice.

Why we process it

Who receives it

TexProve does not sell personal data and does not use it for advertising profiles. Authorized users see only the workspace records their role allows. Hosting and email providers process data only as needed to run the service. Information on a published passport is made public by the publishing organization. Authorized auditors and regulatory authorities may access permitted hidden blocks. Mandatory regulatory fields cannot be hidden.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and keep a sales record, then deleted or anonymised. Workspace and evidence records are kept while the workspace is active and for the further period required to preserve published evidence and meet legal duties. Security logs are kept for a limited operational period.

Cookies

The public website does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. A session cookie is required to submit the demo form securely. Optional passport analytics does not run unless you accept it on the passport page.

Your rights

Where KVKK or the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or, where available, portability. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country. Write to sales@texprove.com and we will respond to a valid request.

Children and changes

TexProve is for organizations and is not directed at children. When this policy changes, the date on this page is updated. Creating a workspace also shows the current in-product privacy notice for that registration.
